First, prospective vendors must fill out our vendor application form. Our team will then review the application and determine whether your services align with the needs of our member facilities. We also reach out to companies that you’ve worked with in the past to ensure the quality of the products or services you provide. Further, our member input committees help us make decisions on whether to accept vendors.

Once we determine that your organization is a good match, we’ll move on to the next step in the application process. Our team will coordinate with you to decide what types of special offers or discounts you would be able to offer. If we determine your proposal is a good value for our members, we’ll add you to our official list of vendors. We’ll also provide you with new vendor information including a vendor protocol document on our expectations and what you can expect from us, as well as how our members will get in contact with you and verify their membership to receive any special offers. You’ll also be subject to either a quarterly or annual review for quality assurance.

We’ll also coordinate with you to educate our members on your services. After all, if they don’t know what you do, why would they reach out? Our team will let our members know what you have to offer as well as what deals are available for those services. This way, members have all of the new vendor information they need to decide to utilize your services.
